Mackenzie was great she helped in anyway she could and didn’t try pushing anything on me. If she didn’t know the answer to my question she found one. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales woman. didn’t try pushing anything on me. If she didn’t know the answer to my question she found one. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales woman. More

It's 2023 as I write this because I just learned about this website. My car is a 2016 Fiesta that I bought new at Andy Mohr. I learned too late that it was part of a class action lawsuit. But that's anoth this website. My car is a 2016 Fiesta that I bought new at Andy Mohr. I learned too late that it was part of a class action lawsuit. But that's another story. They were getting my paperwork together and I was in a rush because I had a doctor's appointment next so I didn't read the documents and signed away. Don't ever do that. I got to the doctors office in time but was told I'd have to reschedule because I was a new patient and didn't have any paperwork. I was a bit puzzled and miffed but said ok. A week later I got paperwork in the mail! It turned out that the doctor's office was supposed to send me paperwork which is why I didn't have it! During that week I started to investigate all the paperwork I signed at the dealer. It turns out I paid $200 for numbers that were etched on my car window so that if my car was stolen, it would help the police to find it. That sounded fishy to me so I did some research online and people said it was a scam. So I contacted the police and asked them if this window etching could help them find my car if it was stolen. They said they never heard of such a thing. I called the company on the document that insured my car for this etching. I gave them the number on the document. They didn't have it in their system. I gave them the make and model of my car, my VIN number, my name, my address, the dealer. Nope, not in their system. xxxx hath no fury like a woman scorned. I gave Andy Mohr Ford xxxx. I contacted the Ford Motor company and gave them xxxx. They were moaning with headaches by the time I got through with them. I went back to Andy Mohr and stood in the finance office waiting for my $200 check and I got it. That was just the beginning. In the middle of the night I heard a car honking. It couldn't be my NEW car. But the honking wouldn't stop. So I got up and sure enough it was my car. It was 3 in the morning. I opened the car door in my daze and the honking stopped. Went back to bed. Next night, same thing. Brought the car in. They had to remove both front doors & that takes 5 hrs. The advisor started to say that it was my fault. At first I felt guilty that I must have done something wrong. But then he repeated that it was my fault, like he was joking. I can take a joke but I wasn't laughing. I complained loudly about this jerk. To top it off, whoever worked on the doors must have been sweating profusely because my car now smelled like sweat. I like to keep Ford Motor people awake nights thinking about me. I complained about the stink in my car and that it needed to be cleaned. They gave me a coupon for a car wash. Idiots! I knew the best way to hurt Andy Mohr was to take my future car maintenance work to another dealer. Went to Ray Skillman in Greenwood and they treated me with the respect I deserved. On hot days my car still smells like sweat. Nowadays I keep getting stuff in the mail from Ford because they want to buy my car. It's like they're desperate for it! I think when I'm ready to sell it I'll take it to a Chevy dealer to trade it in. More
