FYI: Anyone thinking of buy a vehicle, don’t! !! You will get absolutely no customer service once they have your money! And forget about the service department. It’s a complete joke!! Very rude to !! We bought a 2023 Escape in Aug. Drove it home that evening the next day the sunroof broke. It took weeks to get it fixed fast forward to a month ago broke again, went in to see if they would look at it and was refused service because they were just too busy. We can make an appointment for weeks out. When we had to speak with someone in charge, they came out and looked at it said they’d order some parts and get back with us. Six weeks later. Nothing! crickets! Save yourself a lot of headache and go someplace else. Plus when they fixed it the first time they left the roof liner filthy with dirty fingerprints and put a dent in the roof. Oil/fuel change and asked about getting new tires and check engine light on. Guy said 2-3weeks out to have it looked at for engine light. Said thats the world we live in. And for tires, guy printed off a check engine light on. Guy said 2-3weeks out to have it looked at for engine light. Said thats the world we live in. And for tires, guy printed off a random paper with tires not even for my truck. Guess they didn't want to sell tires that day while truck was on lift changing oil.. So I drove across street and Belle tire was more than happy to put michelin tires on my platinum More

I had such a great experience at this dealership! I’ve haven’t had great experiences at other dealerships so I was a little nervous but I had no issues here. I was given time to browse the lot before I’ve haven’t had great experiences at other dealerships so I was a little nervous but I had no issues here. I was given time to browse the lot before I was approached which was appreciated. After I had time to browse, Gavin approached to offer assistance. I had a few cars I was interested in looking at and he happily got the keys to each so I could take a look inside. He was very knowledgeable about each car and its features and was more than happy to answer all our questions. I narrowed it down to one car and took it for a test drive. On the test drive he gave a more in depth explanation of the car’s features and history. I ended up falling in love with the car and ended up buying it! Gavin was also very helpful when it came down to working out the numbers on the car and explaining what each charge was. While I was meeting with finance, he switched the plates from my trade in to my new car and parked the new car right next to where I parked my trade-in so I was able to walk right out of the finance building to my new vehicle. I also met with a nice gentleman in finance to sign all my papers. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but it started with a C and he has a really cool signature! Like Gavin, he did an amazing job answering all my questions and explaining each part of the paperwork. I have already gushed about this dealership to several coworkers. I had such an amazing experience here. The dealership and its staff completely took the stress out of buying a new to me vehicle. More
