We bought a 2023 Escape in Aug. Drove it home that evening the next day the sunroof broke. It took weeks to get it fixed fast forward to a month ago broke again, went in to see if they would look at it and was refused service because they were just too busy. We can make an appointment for weeks out. When we had to speak with someone in charge, they came out and looked at it said they’d order some parts and get back with us. Six weeks later. Nothing! crickets! Save yourself a lot of headache and go someplace else. Plus when they fixed it the first time they left the roof liner filthy with dirty fingerprints and put a dent in the roof.
