I would not recommend Andy Mohr Ford to anyone! I walked into the dealership on a Thursady looking to replace my 2005 F350 Diesel truck. I walked away eight days later DISSAPOINTED, ANGRY ,and with no new t into the dealership on a Thursady looking to replace my 2005 F350 Diesel truck. I walked away eight days later DISSAPOINTED, ANGRY ,and with no new truck! All this because of a mistake our salesman made when he ordered a truck for us from out of state wich was suppose to be a crew cab ( just like the one we were trading in)but when it showed up from MN it was a super cab. I was shocked to say the least when they actually blamed me for the mistake because I signed the paperwork. After shuffling through a dozen pieces of paper with codes on them the sales people didnt even know, I guess they expect the customer to be able to figure it out. NO ONE from UPPER managment could find the time to come apologize for the mistake, confusion or for our time even though they were sitting 20 ft from us. After looking through that much paperwork having at least three different salespeople with their hands in the deal, several other hiccups along the way.....and having the blame shifted to me we was the last straw we opted to walk away from any deals with Andy Mohr Ford. We went to Bill Estes Ford that same day and bought a 2012 F350 Diesel truck off their lot that exceeded our needs with no headaches, thanks Shane!!! More
I could not give "Friendliness" higher than "OK" NOT because of the service advisor who helped us, but because of another man (dark hair...didn't get his name) who I felt was a little rude. Let "OK" NOT because of the service advisor who helped us, but because of another man (dark hair...didn't get his name) who I felt was a little rude. Let me explain... You have a large sign posted in your service area that reads "Full service Guarantee." I actually took time yesterday to read it. The sign says the guarantee is that a "walk around your car will take place WITH YOU" I was questioning this to my husband because I've never been offered this "walk around checking the details" the sign exclaims. Then it says "if we fail to do this, your next oil/lube/filter will be free." As I was talking to my husband and joking that we should have had a LOT of free oil changes according to the conditions of the "guarantee sign," one of the men on the service floor came over to me and said, "We do this as you drive in." "OK....so why does it say walk around WITH YOU?" I asked. Then he went on to say, "We can't possibly do that because of the volume of cars we have in and out. It would slow down the check in process." I get that....but why does the sign state otherwise? I'm not upset that I didn't get the "walk around," but this man tried to argue with me when I really wasn't speaking directly to him. AND you can't dispute what your sign plainly reads. Our service advisor did credit our oil/lube/filter part of the service bill so kudos to him for honoring what your guarantee states. My only problem is why do you post such "guarantees" when it is not feasible to honor them? For me, I'm wondering how many other "guarantees" do you make that you know you aren't able to fulfill? We have been long time Andy Mohr customers in purchasing vehicles and using your service department. My husband does not share my view about being so picky about the wording of your sign. I'm the only one who expects your word to be true down to the letter. Also, I'm probably the only one who has ever actually read your "Full Service Guarantee" sign! It sounds trivial, I know. And in all honesty, the service guy (whoever he was) who butted in with his explanation of why I should ignore the sign, was really what made me mad! It was the typical male attitude of "she's a dimwit and doesn't no anything about how the "car business" works! One last comment.....I want to make clear I'm NOT unhappy with the service advisor who actually worked with us. This is no reflection on him whatsoever. He was fine! More
David is very personable. He kept his word from last year and contacted me after 1 year to help me get a better rate and improve my credit. I was pleased that he remained an employee here. This could not hav and contacted me after 1 year to help me get a better rate and improve my credit. I was pleased that he remained an employee here. This could not have been an easier process for me. I would highly recommend him to any one I know looking to buy a car. I was more excited that I didn't have to be there for hours as David had everything almost completely done before I arrived. Again, I would recommend him to anyone I know. More
They put 32 psi in my tires. The sticker on the drivers door recommends 35 psi. I use 35 psi in my tires. I have had two tires replaced. One, a blowout the other had a bubble on the side wall. These wer door recommends 35 psi. I use 35 psi in my tires. I have had two tires replaced. One, a blowout the other had a bubble on the side wall. These were SOLUS tires. The price was ok but a bit high. $43.00 for an oil change and rotate the tires. A little high. More
Bill Fletcher (service) and Rick Whitman (sales) are my contact people at Andy Mohr. They are the best for service and sales for the Hendren's. I still have issues with my MKX that Lincoln needs to resol contact people at Andy Mohr. They are the best for service and sales for the Hendren's. The overall service was given a rating of 1 because I was constantly on the phone for two weeks trying to straighten everything out with these people. I had to go through different salesmen at the same place constantly on the phone for two weeks trying to straighten everything out with these people. I had to go through different salesmen at the same place to get a different price. They would promise me one thing and then do another. The car I eventually bought needed to be fixed. The dealership and I agree that we would split the cost. They estimated it to be about $1,000, so we agreed to pay $500. It turns out that the fix only cost $500, so one would think I'd only have to pay $250. No. Charles Logsdon refused to give me the lower payment. Worst customer experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Beware, they are only looking out for themselves. More
Very bad experience with Wil Alfke (used car sales). Poor follow-up on phone and email questions, broken promises, and just plain lies. Also dealership has $200 doc fee and insists on the $299 window etch f follow-up on phone and email questions, broken promises, and just plain lies. Also dealership has $200 doc fee and insists on the $299 window etch fee (others offer for less and as a security option. Total lies and misrepresentations from day one. Claimed Total lies and misrepresentations from day one. Claimed service had been done on truck but computer is begging for oil and service, truck stuck i Total lies and misrepresentations from day one. Claimed service had been done on truck but computer is begging for oil and service, truck stuck in part-time 4WD, didn't notice that during service? There is no tool to remove spare tire from back of truck - what do I do if I have a flat? Rude - truck barely made it to a gas station to drive home. Promise windshield would be replaced at my home, no problem. 4 weeks and still no appt. Also no title and believe it or not Mr. Huston, I could not present a driver's license and receive plates - are you going to pay the ticket when I get stopped? Amazing one manager says John Larson is over the entire dealership and the next one says he never heard of him. NO i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY - Well, maybe my worst enemy. EITHER RUN OR HAVE AN ATTORNEY READY TO GO. ALSO, TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO USE THEIR PHONES FOR MORE THAN PERSONAL CALLS! You maybe seeing your truck again soon! More
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone at all. I purchased a new F150 from them and was very adimimit that my extended warranty be a Ford waranty. I had the finance manager and also my sales associt purchased a new F150 from them and was very adimimit that my extended warranty be a Ford waranty. I had the finance manager and also my sales associte in the office telling me that the paper work that I was signing was for a ford extended warranty. Everything was fine until I had an issue with my F150 and I took it in for service and was told that the warranty was not a FORD warranty and was a third party warranty. I went to Andy Morh and talked with their finance manager about fixing the mistake. The warranty that Andy Morh charged me for was 1395.00 and the ford warranty should have been 1695.00 so I wanted to pay the 300 difference to switch to the correct warranty. Andy Morh's finance manager was like no no no we will pro rate your old warranty at 50% and then you will have to pay the difference. So now instead of being a 300.00 difference it would be a 1,000 difference due to THEIR MISREPRESENTATION of what I was signing. I tried to explain to the guy that this wasn't fair as I was told I was signing a FORD warranty not a third party warrany. And he was like yeah well you signed the third party warranty so its your fault. Like I tried to tell him Yeah I did sign the third party warranty with there employees telling me it was a ford warranty. I mean how was I supposed to know the difference between the ford warranty papers vs the third party papers. I also wanted help from them as I had became disabled and just lost everything in a fire so I wanted some help from there employees to provide some clarity for me as when something very traumatic happens it can make it hard to understand pages and pages and pages of paperwork so when I told the manager of this he very offensively said your disability has no bearing on this situation. I am shocked as to how a dealership could be ran this way and they are willing to let a genuine customer walk away over their 300 mistake and I am even willing to pay the difference not asking for anything free. The only thing I can think of is that they must get a good kick back for selling the third party warranty. I hope that anyone who reads this can cut through the BS response I'm sure that they will try to put this as my fault and not theirs wich isn't at all true. Buyer BEWARE !!! Just spoke with Mike Raisor ford and was told Andy Mohr would get a kick back and better profit margin by changing the warranty to a third party warranty. Also have tried calling thereby GM and have not recived any return calls yet. Yeah what a great way to do business. FInally recived a return call from Andy morhs GM after several days of leaving messages with no return calls. As I figured I was not able to get anything resolved with them. Its funny how there finance manager and gm can make accusations of what was discussed while I was signing paperwork but then as the discussion goes on then they say well I wasn't in the office with you at the time of signing so I can't say what was discussed. Exactly they were not in the office and should not speculate as to what may or may not have been said. I was in there and kno what was told to me not them. Its very convinent and common for the response from Andy Morh to be sorry we are unable to resolve this and please call but if you do call all you get is the receptionist. This is in my opinion just a ploy to make it look like andy morh cares when truly they do not. Andy morh dealerships have a proven a lot of of negative feedback on lies, and misrepresentation so ask yourselfis this something you really want to deal with. I think as long as no one stands up to them andy morh will continue to do buisness this way. ANDY MORH IS IN IT JUST FOR THE MONEY in my opinion. They will try to fool you into spending your hard earned money there then wham the could give a care lss about you and think oh I'm sorry works it out well not for me as I am going to pursue legl action against them and hope that maybe we can all tell Andy Morh this behavior is not ok and will not be tolerated. I will keep you in formed and as the commercial goes morh for your money NOT MORE for your money More
