Horrible quality and service This is the 4th time I've had my vehicle in for service. 3 recall related repairs and 1 non-recall related (scheduled for 1/30/19). The quality of work, communication and follow up, and overall attitude of the staff is atrocious. This will be my last Ford truck purchase and absolutely my last purchase at any Andy Mohr dealership More
Don was a nice salesman and not pushy which is preferred. We had a good experience with our salesman (Don) and the dealership. The only thing that I would have asked is that my purchase was able to be "detailed" prior to leaving as it was a long drive for us to bring the vehicle back but they reimbursed my gas so that made up for the inconvenience. Overall I will recommend them to others. More

Great first impression I purchased a certified used mustang back in July. The car has been great as expected. My wife was in an accident and her car was a total loss. We pla I purchased a certified used mustang back in July. The car has been great as expected. My wife was in an accident and her car was a total loss. We plan to go through Andy Mohr for assistance with the purchase of another vehicle. I still talk about my experience to this day regarding how I was able to do everything over the phone and have the car delivered to me. Yes, there were some flaws in the process. The big one was that the car wasn’t cleaned out, low in coolant and missing some plastic factory river clips. I’m hoping the other reviews are wrong regarding the warranties as I did go ahead and purchase as well. Anyways, I’m getting ready for my first oil change and looking forward to the servicing side of the company. More
Most unethical car dealer I've encountered. Found a car I liked on Friday 24Aug18 on the internet and submitted a request for a test drive to occur the following morning (Saturday 25Aug18). Pro Found a car I liked on Friday 24Aug18 on the internet and submitted a request for a test drive to occur the following morning (Saturday 25Aug18). Provided my cell phone # to call back for scheduling. Was surprised I never received a call back but thought oh well, I'll just stop in and request a test drive. Saturday morning I realized I had messages on my home phone. After listening to the messages, I had 5 calls from a lady named Mo(sp?) wanting to schedule my test drive. So I went in to the dealership looking for Mo but she wasn't in. I worked with Mike Davisson to get the car in for a test drive from an employee who was currently driving it. I drove the car and while we were waiting for my husband to arrive back with my potential trade, another salesman came over to our table and asked for the key to the car to "let another customer look at it for a potential back-up offer". Mike gave him the key and while I thought it a bit odd, I thought what can it hurt to let them look. My husband arrived a few minutes later and we went out to get information on my car for the appraiser. I gave Mike my key and he went to ask for an appraisal for trade value. When Mike came back to the table, he said "I'm sorry, they just paid cash for the car, it's sold". I said are you kidding me? He said he was sorry again and I said that was unethical, I was here first. So I asked for my key and he walked back to the desk. I followed and told the person behind the desk (manager, I assume) that it was unethical of them to sell the car out from under me. The man just smiled and said have you looked at Andy Mohr.com to see if there is anything else you are interested in? Mike said, that was the only Energi we had, she's not interested in anything else. He responded with the same smile, well, we can give you a call when we get another one in. My response...."that won't be necessary, I'll go buy one somewhere else"! This was the second time I've tried to buy a car at Andy Mohr and had to walk out and buy my vehicle elsewhere. I won't be back to try again to purchase....too bad because their service center has been awesome to work with the past few years. Too bad their sales department can't provide the same quality service. Mike was a decent guy and this not only wasted 2-3 hours of my time, but his as well. More
Andy Mohr Collision center is amazing !!!! I am very pleased with the work I had done to my Escape following an accident I was in. The entire body shop was so friendly and made sure I was kept up to date with everything that was going on during the repairs. The quickness of the repairs was amazing, and the work they did was out of this world. My vehicle looks perfect, and you would never know that anything had ever been damaged. I know the paint is hard to do at times because of the special colors, but they nailed it when it came to doing mine. I highly recommend anyone needing body work done, to bring their vehicles here, you will NOT be disappointed. A HUGE thank you to Andy Mohr Collision Center for making my experience amazing easy and fast. More
Horrible experience. Liars and cheaters. I knew that this dealership along with the budget center does not deal with integrity. I attempted one more time at each dealership. The budget center I knew that this dealership along with the budget center does not deal with integrity. I attempted one more time at each dealership. The budget center gave me some line that I could finance a $40,000 vehicle for $400/month which was physically impossible. They get you in the business office where it all changes dramatically. Next I went and saw JR at Andy Mohr Ford. He jacked up the price of their vehicle when I demanded more money for my trade. He said the extra $2000 was a destination fee. Please take my warning and stay away from these 2 places. More
Walking! Stay away! Andy Mohr sells fake warranties. When your 20,000 vehicle breaks down before the first payment, the warranty isn't valid. When the vehicle broke dow Andy Mohr sells fake warranties. When your 20,000 vehicle breaks down before the first payment, the warranty isn't valid. When the vehicle broke down we took it into service and they said it wasn't covered because the warranty doesn't cover this type of vehicle. They sold us this warranty for this vehicle! We are out of luck with a 20,000 payment and no vehicle. Wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE I walked into this place. More
Poor Service Bought a Certified F150 from Andy Mohr's the sales person Cory was outstanding. Then after months I started getting a miss and engine light came on. I Bought a Certified F150 from Andy Mohr's the sales person Cory was outstanding. Then after months I started getting a miss and engine light came on. I call and scheduled and appointment for the next morning, I told service guy at that time I would need a loaner car or a rental, He told me they only had four loaners it would most likely be a rental. I said OK. I took truck in at 7:30 am opening time they said it would be just a minute they wanted to do a quick test to see if it was something that needed reset to save me the rental cost. A 1 1/2 hours later no one came to tell me what was going on. I went back to service desk not happy at that time, Because work was expecting me back. The said they have tried two fixes but still cant find issue, but was sure its almost done. After 3 hours they came and told me it was one thing they had to reset and that it had a gaped Plug ? and the boot and the ignition coil for # 4 plug was misfiring. that it would cost $300.00 to replace one plug and boot and ignition coil "OR" $500.00 to do a complete tune up. HUH! 2/3 the price for one plug vs complete tune up $500 ? I told him tuck was Certified and I was told that for one year its was like bumper to bumper a major reason I bought it there. Then for 7 years 100,000 mile power train coverage. "But it doesn't cover this he said" That they see plugs and ignition coil and boots as maintenance item. I told him I shouldn't be paying anything, He said he would talk with his manager. Came back with only thing I would be responsible for was the plug and boot about $22 and he said they can do a complete tune up now for $300 ???? what the heck. I said NO just do the #4 cylinder now I knew something was fishy. I told him, let me get going that they was suppose to get me a rental car to get back to work. After 4 hours he said it was finished. He took me to cashier I gave her my debit card to pay the $22 and she said OH there is no charge. I just look at the service rep. BEWARE PEOPLE, I and my son that had similar experience. Will not BUY or have them Service our Auto's again at Andy Mohr. This was my second vehicle I have bought from Andy Mohr an I have to drive about 25 mile and pass other dealer. But that's it we're done with them. To bad Cory the sales man was good people he would have gotten more business from us. Thank God my Certified and warranty is through Ford Motor Company and not Andy Mohr. Retired Ford Motor Company Indianapolis Plant Bob More
