Bought a 2018 f 150 lariat from andy mohr Ford nice truck terrible experience. We can looking at a different truck which had a lot of scratches which I had asked specifically about but was told it was clean terrible experience. We can looking at a different truck which had a lot of scratches which I had asked specifically about but was told it was clean perfect condition...not the case, many scratches. They had a 2018 in better shape that I liked so ok I’ll play ball. After some talking we agreed upon a price only after I was informed of a country leading 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty which turned out to be false....only one year 12000 mile. The salesman didn’t inform me of how to reset the code on the driver side door nor how to access apple play or how to connect my garage doir opener. After we agreed upon a deal I encouraged the salesman to clean the truck but he refused until after the paperwork was done even after I implored it was a done deal and we needed to get going ASAP. Finally the truck didn’t have an owners manual so I asked for one only to receive one 30 minutes after the deal was completed.....which was in Spanish, I unfortunately can’t read Spanish so they asked me to mail their manual back on my own money and they would mail me one in English. More

They talked my grandpa and his daughter into a shady trade deal with my car. Said car resides in North Carolina. Anyway Andy Mohr Ford is supposedly paying off the loan, and then allowing my grandpa to trade deal with my car. Said car resides in North Carolina. Anyway Andy Mohr Ford is supposedly paying off the loan, and then allowing my grandpa to buy the car back, they gave him a piece of paper saying so. I have no intention of selling or trading my car, they didn't request my permission to move forward with this trade and yes my name is on the car. So when I called Ford Motor Credit inquiring about the situation the agent was confused saying they're still expecting the last two payment to be made. Sooo Andy Mohr Ford just pocketed $700 (because yes that’s all that was left) of my grandpas money and seemingly have no intent to pay the car off and give us the title. These “salesmen” are as crooked as they come. Avoid Scott Gardner, Greg Salyers, and Andy Mohr Ford they only want your money and don't care how bad of a financial situation they put someone else in as long as they're getting paid. More
