I took my truck in for service before thanksgiving 2021. When I set up the appointment there were four items that needed addressed. 1. The pinion seal 2. TPS system error. 3. A my key issue. (This was resolved prior to being dropped off.) The pinion seal was the only issue addressed. When I called to find out why I was told it was the only issue reported. I called and made the appointment myself so I know this to be false. I was then offered an appointment to bring the truck back, having just been able to pick it up an hour prior, and drop it off again to have the issues that were ignored fixed. I was then put on hold and left on hold while they went home for the day. I left that phone on hold for nearly an hour when I used another phone to contact the showroom. The manager Chris Huston took my call, apologized and said first thing Monday Dan Woods the service manager would contact me to make things right. Even send a rollback to move my truck to and from the dealer ship as I was out of town at this point. Well that never happened. To this day nothing has come of it. On top of all this, one of the tires had 8 psi when it was returned. A nearly flat tire on a vehicle being picked up from a service center. The only reason I choose to bring the truck here is they replaced the drive shaft, so I was told, when I purchased the truck. Since its a related part and they have history with the truck I thought it best to go here. I should have known better as the sales experience was a nightmare as well. I had to leave the truck when I bought it because it needed parts that hadn’t come in yet. I made arrangements to come back one week later to pick it up. It wasn’t ready for 3 weeks. I wasn’t able to get it as I travel for work. The salesman, Scott Manifold, called me nearly every two days asking me when I will be in to get it knowing full well I wouldn’t be home for at least six weeks. After they finally decide to deliver it, they didn’t give me a temp tag and they called me for title work on my trade, under threat of holding my new title until it was straightened out. More
I went to Andy Mohr Ford to get my oil changed on 7-31-21. The works was performed even though I just wanted an oil change. I got home by and noticed a lug nut sticking out because it was not tighten 7-31-21. The works was performed even though I just wanted an oil change. My confidence in the dealership is fading, back in the early summer a salesperson - Gavin- made a smart a$$ comment to me and a manager -Chris- when I told him about never commented on the matter. I go to Andy Mohr Ford because I have a family member that be works there - not in sales or service and I bought the vehicle there. My next vehicle will not come from Andy Mohr. More
If I could give them a minus I would. They cheated us out of our trade in. Read your contract and Don’t believe them when they say it will be fine.. From start to finish the whole process was very smooth and eventful. Zach Zukas was very friendly attentive and very helpful. I could’ve had not asked for a better sales person that day. He is an asset to Andy Mohr Ford. Scott Gardner Business Manager was extremely attentive and showed me all the financial numbers. Was very efficient and explained everything. It was a smooth transaction. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. My son even went to Andy Mohr Ford and purchased a vehicle as well. Definitely would recommend the dealership to anyone. More

I bought 1 truck from Andy Morn dealership in 01/15/21. I got a good deal and very professional fast service. The staff is very friendly and gave me my choice with no pressure. I bought my 2nd truck in June got a good deal and very professional fast service. The staff is very friendly and gave me my choice with no pressure. I bought my 2nd truck in June 2021 and again I was overwhelmed with their professionals and the great deal I got Again. My 2009 and 2007 trucks are like new and saved me a ton of cash. More
Dropped car off Thursday. Checked requested time for pick up at 6 Friday. Never heard anything so called Friday and was told service had already closed. Called early Saturday and service advisor said radio p up at 6 Friday. Never heard anything so called Friday and was told service had already closed. Called early Saturday and service advisor said radio problem couldn’t be duplicated by the techs. Asked if it was ready then and she asked what else were they supposed to do. Had forgot to do oil change that was checked on their night box envelope. I am never returning for business there as long as that advisor is working there. Asked to speak to manager Saturday when we picked up. Was told he was off and told to call Monday. Was told Monday he was off. We have bought several cars with this group but that isn’t happening again. More
The Works was performed quickly, however there was large oily handprint on on the left rear door and only one tire had the correct air pressure.
