Loyal-less Repair shop Had a transmission replaced and paid $3200 wonderful service, drive into the sunset, 19 months later my transmission starts to make a noise. I return Had a transmission replaced and paid $3200 wonderful service, drive into the sunset, 19 months later my transmission starts to make a noise. I return it to shop and they tell me the transmission is bad. I say ok it still under warranty, they then tell me it is not because it is a Canada vehicle (But the trans is not?). After much discussion they replace it. Drove away and it is making the same noise, go back and they begin to tell me its other parts. I replace Transfer case as they suggest, then front and rear differential. Still hearing the noise. I eventually take to another Chrysler dealership who say its the Transmission (WTW). Now I go back to original Chrysler and they say the tranny is not under warranty anymore (4 months later). I need to pay another 3200. called corporate and nothing they can do cause I didn't PAY for the replaced tranny the warranty did. In tears, BEWARE!!! More

Overcharged-surprise!! One would think that going to the dealership that you have experts working on your car. However, it cost me over $200 to determine a bad gas cap caus One would think that going to the dealership that you have experts working on your car. However, it cost me over $200 to determine a bad gas cap caused a check-engine light and about $60 to change an OFF switch preventing the back door auto-close from working back to ON... apparently these experts took hours to figures this out, put on a new cap on and push the button! I complained that this was much too high a price vs. what was done, but they said it is common practice in the industry! After past positive experiences in sales and service, I expected more than "common" from them... More
Was blown off about rusting fender on 2012 Truck Took my 2012 truck in for warranty for rust starting to come through on the fender. The service writer and the warranty clerk said it was probably fr Took my 2012 truck in for warranty for rust starting to come through on the fender. The service writer and the warranty clerk said it was probably from something else and wiped the rust stains off the paint and said its not rust... After talking with a manager he said this warranty clerk said it has to be rusting through both pieces of metal. After all that they could not provide a copy of what the rust coverage does cover. Shouldn't be happening on a 4 year old truck. I have since learned this is called Ram Rust since it happens on almost all ram trucks right above the rear fenders. More

rip off Had my second service on my Ram 1500. Ecodiesel. Was charged over $200 while Tom O'Brien charged me $150 for the same exact work the first time. What Had my second service on my Ram 1500.
