Mrs. Boyd, I am sorry that you feel that the attention of your service advisor and the over 1 hour of the Service and Parts Directors time calling you and fighting for you with your extended warranty company equates to a lackluster response. Because of this we were able to find in our inspection over $1000 of repairs needed that you had not even known about, it was a process to gain permission from your warranty company, but we are happy to work that hard for each of our customers because we truly appreciate you.
