Also what really did it was when I saw them asked two other guest who happened to be a different race than me would they like to receive a free courtesy wash of their vehicles, on my way out I noticed mi other guest who happened to be a different race than me would they like to receive a free courtesy wash of their vehicles, on my way out I noticed mine hadn’t been washed. When I asked May I get the wash like offered to others, I was told they aren’t doing it today,When I first arrived I felt very rushed to get out of my vehicle, like the lady was talking over me and hardly let me explain what was going on with my car. Also when asked for things that other repair shops did for free, they wanted to charge ridiculous prices. More

My car was repaired in a timely fashion and my car now has heat. Yvonne was a pleasure to work with. The work was eventually completed as desired, but the process was not smooth. I had called months ago to schedule airbag recall but was told the parts were on backorder and that I would be contacted once process was not smooth. I had called months ago to schedule airbag recall but was told the parts were on backorder and that I would be contacted once parts were available. This is a safety issue. I was contacted by a Chrysler rep to ask why I had not fixed it, and they confirmed that the parts were not on backorder. When I scheduled my visit I asked for the lock cylinder to be changed and was told they would need it a couple more days. Two days later I checked on it and the mechanic did not know we wanted it fixed, so I had to leave another day. Communication was poor. Eventually, it was repaired. More

I don’t think I feel good enough about the dealership to recommend them to someone else. Purchase of the vehicle was good and the service department is timely but sometimes communication is lacking and I us recommend them to someone else. I was not pleased with the lack luster response on what was wrong with my vehicle. It took them an entire day to tell me the problem.
