I had a very frustrating experience with my warranty company. Took them 2 weeks to even approve the repairs. Another 2 weeks to get the parts. So it took 5 weeks to get the repairs completed. And Yvonne was awesome helping me get helping me deal with the situation. She was very good at dealing with things that were out of her control and communicating with me and keeping me apprised of the situation. Also making sure I had another vehicle to drive for 5 weeks.
