Went in for a recall repair. Easy to schedule service and friendly staff. They called me during the service to try to up sell me various overpriced maintenance. I was attempting to get some work done on my laptop while waiting and did not need to be bothered by salespeople, we all have to work for a living, let me do my job, I'll let you do yours. Taken truck in twice now for water intrusion. First time had to take it back because they didn’t clean the headliner. Leak wasn’t fixed, so I had to take it in again.
