Customer Service was great, the only down side we had was that they were not willing to move on price, especially on a new car. There was no budging, even though they make money from the maker (jeep) for kee that they were not willing to move on price, especially on a new car. There was no budging, even though they make money from the maker (jeep) for keeping the car on the lot and they are looking at making 3-4 grand on a new car...I know why the economy and car sales have tanked....and its not the consumers fault, we are out there we are buying...or at least wanting to buy...at the right price, and I will not believe for a min that what I was told was the truth .... a 500$ a month car payment is "normal" and "average" .....I find this rediculious....and just saw greed... More
