This dealeship is not honest. I purchased a used 2007 Dodge Caliber for my daughter. I asked for their salesperson Tammy Spangler to inspect the car for me because I couldn't fly up personally see it fo Dodge Caliber for my daughter. I asked for their salesperson Tammy Spangler to inspect the car for me because I couldn't fly up personally see it for myself before delivery. Tammy Spangler was very dishonest, she said she walked around the car twice. She saw no dents, scrathes, car was perfect. Car was delivered to me, and I was shocked, car had dents, and also someone has taken a paint brush and hand painted the car down both sides. I have made several calls to the dealership and spoke to several people including the General Manager Dan Davis, all of who are very rude and told me they were not willing to do anything about the problem other then I was offered $100. The estimate to repair the car is $1300. This dealership is very dishonest and I would not recommend that anyone use them!!!!! Dawn Graff More

Hello! Thank you very much. Brian and I are getting used to our new vehicles. We both really like the Liberty and Dodge trucks we purchased. I would like to say thank you for your quick response to me on Monday when I visited the website. You were very responsive in getting back with me and getting an appointment set up for Brian and I to test drive the vehicles. In addition, I want to thank Ron Stone who was with us from 5pm until after midnight on Monday night. He went on test rides with both Brian and I and survived riding with me. ? He was also very helpful and did his best in getting me a good deal for my new Liberty. We came in yesterday so I could give him the title to my old vehicle and Ron was very helpful in explaining the vehicle functions to both Brian and I. I also would like to thank Anthony, the Sales Manager. While Ron was working with me on getting everything set up on my Jeep Liberty, Anthony worked with Brian in getting him a good deal on the 2010 Dodge truck. He also stayed past midnight while we were working to finalize Brian’s deal. Brian felt that Anthony really went out of his way to work with him in getting a good deal. Then there was Rick in Finance who also stayed past midnight to work out the financing for both Brian and I on our vehicles. He was very helpful and did a great job in getting us set up with the appropriate payment plans and options for our vehicles. He was very helpful and answered questions we had about the process. There were also a few workers that stayed to clean up both new vehicles and get them ready for us to take. They helped with unloading Brian’s truck and again stuck around to get the new vehicles ready well past midnight. I work in Customer Service in my position with AT&T and I really saw first- hand from everyone at Champion a 1st rate customer experience. It is one thing to say we are a place that offers great service but everyone I dealt with at Champion went out of their way to provide an awesome experience to both Brian and I. You proved it by going above and beyond for us. Just the fact that everyone was willing to stay and work beyond their working hours to help us shows the dedication and support that you all provided to us. It provided information on maintenence that had been performed as well as what would be needed in the future. This kind of information helps someone on a budget, (like me), prepare for upcoming expenses my vehicle will require, instead of being blind-sided by them. Champion's prices were very reasonable. You can't beat a $20 oil change! They even washed my car at their on-site carwash. I would recommend this service department to anyone, no matter what make of vehicle they own. I noticed a "slipping" feeling on my '03 Jeep Wrangler between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm on very hot days. The check engine light never came on and the problem occurred sporadically, but I was concerned enough between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm on very hot days. The check engine light never came on and the problem occurred sporadically, but I was concerned enough that it could be the transmission that I scheduled a diagnostic check at Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Mike Robertson, a Champion service advisor, handled the intake for my vehicle. He asked if I knew the transmission's maintenance history. I only knew of a recent transmission flush but nothing else. After the check, Robertson said the transmission clutch pads had worn to dust and the resulting stress on the clutch plates and valve body necessitated a rebuild costing more than $2,900. He then suggested new brakes and a tune-up for a total exceeding $3,400. I immediately drove to Edward's Transmissions for a 2nd opinion. They didn't find problems with my transmission or anything in the car's computer error codes indicating an issue. In fact, there were no error codes at all. That evening, I went to Northside Automotive in Alexandria, IN for a 3rd opinion. Like Edwards, Northside found no problems with my transmission or its clutch pads, clutch plates or valve body. However, they did find that the radiator was severely corroded and losing coolant. This, not the transmission, caused the sporadic "slipping" feeling. Northside replaced my radiator for $384 and my car is running like new. I strongly believe that Mike Robertson and Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge attempted to defraud me out of more than $2,900 by scaring me into an unnecessary transmission rebuild for reasons that didn’t exist. They added insult to injury by suggesting an additional $500 in other needless services. Robertson knew that I had little knowledge of the transmission's maintenance history and tried to take advantage of it. Further, Champion's failure to notice the severe corrosion of the radiator during a $100 diagnostic check leads me to believe my car wasn’t checked at all. I've filed complaints with the Central Indiana Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs with Indiana Attorney General. More
