Illegal activity, lies, and absolutely horrible personel I posted a review roughly six months ago, on Google, detailing the horrible lies, service, and overall attitude of Champion Chrysler. Being since I am I posted a review roughly six months ago, on Google, detailing the horrible lies, service, and overall attitude of Champion Chrysler. Being since I am unable to find resolve through Googles recommended option of contacting the dealership directly, I am posting another review. This seems to be the only way I can get any kind interaction with the dealership or any of its staff. Since the response was posted from the Chief Operating Officer Rick Haeick, I have tried to contact the dealership several times. One can only imagine how surprised I am to have little to no contact back from the dealer and have absolutely no resolve on the issue. After all, this is the very reason I posted my review in the first place. I tried to do the adult thing and work it out prior to posting a review. As an adult and professional, my first course of action is not to blast a company with a horrible review. Mistakes and bad calls get made sometimes. I like to give the company the chance to fix the issue. Issues will arise from time-to-time. How companies deal with their issues is what defines them. Resolve can only be found when both parties have integrity and want resolve though. Here is my final review on Mr. Rick Haeick, Jason Armstrong, and Champion Chrysler as an organization. I have done everything I can to help my friend as well as educate and protect possible customers from this dealership. If you buy here and get shafted, that’s on you. Mr. Rick Haeick: Since your response to my poor review of you, and the company in its entirety, I have attempted several times to take you up on your offer, and I quote “I personally invite you and your friend (the buyer) to review the credit file we have and see for your own eyes what it reads.” To no avail I have never heard back from you. Don’t worry though, being a real professional, I fixed your mistake. The only thing I, or my friend, has received from you and your company is just more of the same DC loop and twirl. The same psychobabble you committed to prior to my poor review. You still have yet to explain to my friend, or myself, why you lied to her about her credit getting a soft inquiry hit when it was a hard inquiry on her credit. You have still never explained why you lied and pinged her credit so many times. She NEVER gave you consent to run her credit. You and Jason knew it would hard inquiry, but Jason Armstrong lied anyways. Getting someone’s social security number under false pretenses and using it against their will is a federal crime. I can understand why you wouldn’t want to own that and bring that up in your response. Anyone who reads my original review and your response will see how you dodged that though. You omitted that from your response because you and your organization lied, and you knew it. Some people may be gullible enough to buy your tail chasing technique…but not me. When I ask a question, I want a clear precise answer. I won’t buy you stating random “facts” that have absolutely nothing to do with my question. I won’t accept you changing the subject to try and confuse me and get me off topic. I also want to know when I asked for her personal information? If it was so confidential, why did you talk with me about it while I was at the dealership in person? You flop like a fish out of water. Also, as her financial agent, I have paperwork that is signed by her and notarized that supersedes any “confidentiality agreement” you have. She also gave you oral confirmation in person that I had rights to that information to help her make the best decision possible regarding her credit and vehicle purchase. You have all just been royal xxxxxx and using “agreements” to hide behind. Still doesn’t change the fact I never asked you for her information over the phone…not even one time. We asked for it in person and you denied her the right to her own information. I don’t have to be the buyer or her family to get that information. My paperwork and her grace are all I needed. If you would have given her the paperwork, you know she would have given it to me. You must have been awful scared I would find something or maybe make a few calls. No answer in your response on that one either. It truly is flattering you think I’m that stupid though. I would also like to point out the fact you tried to shame me for filing a review on you and the company. I quote, “Finally, it’s sad that you have taken to social media to address your friends concerns.” This prompts my next question. Mr. Haeick, What do you think Google, the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, pissed off consumer, and Facebook reviews are for? Reviews, positive and negative, are a great tool for consumers to share their good and bad experiences with future potential customers to help encourage their decision to visit, attempt to do business, or purchase from a specific company. Reviews are a great thing for consumers when honest, truthful reviews are made. What’s so sad about what I did? You and your organization treated my friend, and myself, very poorly and refused to dissolve the issue. Isn’t that what reviews are for? I used honest and accurate information to inform future potential consumers of your disgusting business approach with my friend and I in hopes it could be of some use to them. Consumers have the right to know who they are dealing with. This includes people like you who sit quietly behind the curtain. The fact that you are upset about my review says a lot about you…and not a single bit of it is good. Seems to me that you are very worried about my review. Is it because I’ve only rated two companies poorly in my life? Or is it the fact you know I have you dead to rights and you are worried this will get out and you will be found out for who you really are? I guess I would be pretty worried too. I don’t treat people this way, so I don’t have to worry about things like this. I also appreciate you encouraging me to read the “many” good reviews that Mr. Armstrong has. Any con artist can get good reviews. So he fooled a few people. Maybe he just had a few sales just go super smooth? You can fool all people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time…or so it’s been said. He is pretty good at that. He almost had me 100% buying his lines. The fact he was fearless enough to try and con an ex-car salesman and current insurance/financial services agent shows me a lot. I know my stuff. I know most of the dishonesty that is the culture of sales, especially car sales. The average consumer doesn’t. With that being said, if you think I’m ignorant enough to believe my friend is the first/only person he has lied to and conned, you really aren’t that bright. I don’t know too many people who would buy that story either. How long did it take him to lock up all those reviews? How many people has he conned? Why don’t you see my reviews and awards? I’m the highest reviewed and rated agent in Indianapolis. Look at my in-depth reviews. Before you throw reviews in my face, you better make sure you can compare. I’m 100% positive. Would you like to know how I do it? I’m honest, transparent, hardworking, and empathetic. All things you and your organization would know nothing about. I actually treat my clients like people and not paychecks. I sit and explain the things they do not understand. Instead of just selling clients the idea that I’m getting them the best deal, I show them. I never use high pressure sales tactics, lies, or bribery. For everything I do, it has taken me less than 60 days to get that many reviews…I’m not impressed…not even a little. So, before you ever talk to me about reviews, you better get your business model up to date. Start worrying about the customer in front of you and taking care of them instead of rushing the sale to get the next one in to boost your pathetic profit margins. While you’re at it, drop your Fortune 500 “too big to fail” mentality and start treating people like people. Stop treating your customers like they are a part of some assembly line. Until then…save yourself the embarrassment of talking to me about ratings, ethics, or anything of moral decency. You must have those things to preach them. You are nowhere near qualified to give me that lecture. Finally, I don’t really appreciate the condescending undertone of your response. Trying to “high road” me while trying to save face is very unprofessional and unbecoming. You came out of the gate, with your first sentence, showing how unprofessional you really are. The response you gave to my review does more damage to you than anything I could say or do. You just single handedly reinforced most of the negative things I said about you. Anyone of any real intellect will see that. And all you did was offer solutions you knew you would never honor. Like before, I recorded every conversation and every call as I legally have the right to do. I can bring out every recording if you like. I would be more than happy to prove how big of a liar you are. One thing that trumps a liar is incontrovertible proof. You, and Champion Chrysler are clearly not a good place to do business with. I would like you to save your time in filing a second response. Your first one was junk and I’m sure the next one will only be as marginal as the first one. Also, I have more important things to do than argue with someone who is lackluster at best. I do not need filibuster activities to fill my time. I’m out here actually helping people. I will just make sure everyone sees my original review, your response, and this review. More
