They went beyond expectations and took awesome care of my car. I can not say enough words of praise for the Service department, parts people and the owner. Everything was planned perfectly and my car was ready when promised without any hidden fees or issues. This was no easy task given the fact that this was not a normal service request. They were there to get me back on the road when my tow vehicle that was pulling the trailer with my car in it unexpectedly broke down. I’m not new to the car business and Champion sets the standard for service and customer care. I’ve dealt with numerous dealers from the Big 3 and Champion is light years a head of them. I will definitely consider them for any of my future purchases. More

They’re responsiveness and attention to detail sets them apart from other dealers. I’ve been looking for a Mini Cooper S for a while and found one on their website. They responded to me and scheduled a test drive the same day. I hope I can buy all my cars from them! More

One warranty covered the rims, once i needed work done they denied me. After a negative review that warranty money was returned. I also purchased a lifetime warranty on the suspension, all work was done by elite customs and the warranty was sold to me by Dodge. The shocks need replaced and once again I am not getting the warranty work done that was paid for. I highly recommend no one purchase anything aftermarket through this dealership, they will not honor the warranty. I also recommend that no one purchase any warranty at all. The only work this dealership will do is work they can bill you for. Absolute scam and joke! If you want a dodge, please use a different dealership, you can thank me later. More
Extended Warranty Repair Work 2011 Chrysler Town & Country van in due to no air conditioning, tire sensor service light on, and check engine light on. Also for an oil change. I h 2011 Chrysler Town & Country van in due to no air conditioning, tire sensor service light on, and check engine light on. Also for an oil change. I had purchased the lifetime wall to wall warranty at time of purchase and am thankful that they did cover everything other than a deductible and of course the oil change. I was told that the reason the tire sensor service light was on was because I needed new tires and if I bought a set from them it would be fixed. I told them I wanted it fixed even though I wasn't buying tires, and they said they did. My next frustration is that when I took the van in on the 2nd I made it clear that we needed it by the 18th for a wedding trip. They had it ready on the 4th but when I picked it up the check engine light was still on and they hadn't adjusted the air pressure in the tires as indicated in their check list. The air conditioner was now working but didn't seem very cold. Oh and they tried to charge me $95 for the oil change. I returned it again on Monday and they wanted to charge me another deductible. They agreed to waive it saying they would because the check engine light came on so soon after the visit. I again told them it was on when I picked it up. I returned it on Monday. This time they said I needed a whole new transmission which again I'm thankful we purchased the warranty. I asked if there was enough time to fix it before the trip and they said if not we could have a loaner car. I also told them the A/C didn't seem to be very cold and also that they didn't adjust the air in the tires. I called a few times during the next two weeks for status updates. We finally got to the day before our trip and they said it wasn't going to be ready. Oh, and the loaner car they promised coudn't happen either because it couldn't go out of state. They said they'd try to assist with a rental van but we would have to pay for it. They called back later and said they coul0dn't find a van anywhere. Imagine telling this to your wife, the mother of a groom to be in two days. So my wife actually had to find a vehicle and thank you Enterprise downtown Indy, you are awesome! I give them a 5 star plus review. Anyway, after our trip I went to pick up the van. When I did they wanted to charge me another deductible again. The tire pressure sensor light is still on, the air pressure in the tires was not adjusted, and the air conditioning doesn't seem very cool. So I have to take it back yet again. I will say that the service person I dealt with was always cordial and polite. More

Over priced, Scammers that targets you I brought my Jeep in for doors that wouldn’t lock and unlock from the key fob & manually. Diagnostic fee was $120, I paid for a running car; But, Ron I brought my Jeep in for doors that wouldn’t lock and unlock from the key fob & manually. Diagnostic fee was $120, I paid for a running car; But, Ron decline to refund the fee even though the paperwork I reviewed and signed, claims only locks weren’t working, everything else was fine. They basically ran the diagnostic, drained my battery and thought cornering me to pay $670 some dollars will be okay. They told me to let them fix it or tow my Jeep elsewhere. Thank goodness for Tom O’Brien! Steven and his team revived my battery for $67 and didn’t find my BCM was bad or a new chip is needed. As Ron said “ BCM (battery control module.) destroys everything.” It didn’t, he took $120 from me, and demanded for more. When I said, “No, I want a second opinion.” He fried my battery. I won’t return or trust this dealership again. Nor will I recommend champion to my own customers and friends. More
