By far my worst car buying experience. The sales lady was great at first. Gene Allen the finance manager was horrible. He tried selling us an 800.00 maintenance plan. This would be roughly 6 oil changes and great at first. Gene Allen the finance manager was horrible. He tried selling us an 800.00 maintenance plan. This would be roughly 6 oil changes and tire rotation. At $100 a pop this is $600. We bought a jeep which comes with 3 oil changes and tire rotation. We mentioned that and he ignored that. Thankfully we passed on that. Then he sells us a lease end protection we have leased 5 cars and normal wear and tear is covered. He told use Chrysler isn’t like that. He said If there was any damage at all we would be charged. With him telling us that we bought the protection. He gives us a brochure for a Compass warranty. That was not even the company that the warranty was through. It states there was $5000.00 coverage. He sold us $1500.00 coverage for $1200.00. Thankfully when we returned home we read everything and cancelled. When returning to the dealership everyone was rude including our sales lady. Can’t wait to fill out her review. I would recommend Tom OBrien to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. Much better and honest experience. More
