Decided to buy out our lease because we love the car. We worked with Rodney, he was all over the place and did not take time to properly explain the documentation with the buy out. The loan officer wrote i worked with Rodney, he was all over the place and did not take time to properly explain the documentation with the buy out. The loan officer wrote in a “theft guard” when we asked what it was and why we would need to purchase it, his response was, “it’s in every vehicle. We use it to keep the vin number to locate your vehicle if it gets stolen.” Our exact response was, isn’t that what insurance does? Or we ourselves would contact the police. The gentleman who went over our final documents agreed with us that there was no need to even offer it. Immediately it showed us Rodney is either trying to pull one over us or he truly is misinformed on the products they offer. In the end to make this experience that much better, we were getting our tires replaced. The service manager informed us that they damaged the rim. We understand accidents happen, no problem but when we asked if it was going to be fixed the same day they told us they didn’t have time. My boyfriend was at the dealership for over eight hours, they didn’t have time to fix a mistake they made and continued to inconvenience him by making him return a different day. We love Jeep, we will never go back to this dealership and will share our experience to warn others. More
