I went in for an oil change. I thought my filter might need to be changed. The customer rep said that the filter had been changed recently and nothing needed attention. The was a significant laps in communication from the service department and I had to call once a week for an update. They continued to say that the work would be done yet they never called. Then I call service department and I had to call once a week for an update. They continued to say that the work would be done yet they never called. Then I called and they informed me they a tech drilled oversized holes and now they needed to fabricate new bolts. I would not recommend this dealership. It’s not welcoming, it has a horrible location, and the manner in which the receptionist answers the phone is offensive in tone. I do not feel like a valued customer in any sense of the word. More
