Great Customer Service I returned my 2015 Chevy Silverado HD to Andy Mohr because of a check engine light that appeared during a business trip out of town. I had the code ch I returned my 2015 Chevy Silverado HD to Andy Mohr because of a check engine light that appeared during a business trip out of town. I had the code checked prior to returning home. The code wasn't critical, so I returned to Indy. I called Greg Short the day after my return and scheduled a visit for the next morning. I also inquired about a loaner car. When I phoned back the morning of service I was told there was a loaner available, so I delivered the truck to the dealer. That was about 9:00 AM. Before mid-afternoon I received a call that the work was complete, and that it was covered under warranty. That was great news! The repair was done well and the problem hasn't reappeared. When I arrived Greg was busy. Ashley Gallegos went out of her way to get me checked in. She even took the time to get the loaner warmed up and ready for me to drive. The staff of the service department was great to work with. Andy Mohr is a little further for me to drive; but, they have always treated me well, and always corrected any problems on the first visit. Got my service done sooner than expected I was happy with my service. However I will say that every time I called trying to reach service I kept getting sent to several voicemails which was I was happy with my service. However I will say that every time I called trying to reach service I kept getting sent to several voicemails which was not helpful. Also whoever answers the main line when calling told me you closed at 5pm on Fri which was incorrect, you closed at 6, so I had turned around drive back home. Then I rcvd a call at 530 from a Alex saying my truck was ready to pick up & had to drive out again. Staff shld know your working hours. More

We thought we were going to be stuck with this vehicle since we had already signed all of the paperwork but instead they gave us a loaner vehicle and were able to help us find a new car without any problems. The sales staff was very busy with the last day of Black Friday specials . Two salesmen were kind enough to help me decide if I wanted to take chance on the used car, found it with very low mileage and a good price , and they even let me come back next day so they could put in my Great Granddaughters safety seat,.
