Unplanned purchase on a Friday night We came to the dealership on a rainy day with no appointment. Troy Fox responded after seeing us waiting for a salesperson. I don't believe that this is his primary job but was respectful in bringing us to a table while we waiting. He educated us on the deal and ended up showing us that exact model and color that we were looking for. We drove home an hour and back to get a trade in vehicle. We were comfortable with the deal and left with a vehicle we love. This is the first Chevy we have ever purchased, and have always had Fords. We will ask for Troy next time! Thanks! More
