This was third vehicle we have purchased through the Andy Mohr dealerships and like the first two purchases this proved to be another great experience. Our salesman was Troy who gave us his full attention as soon as we arrived, answered all our questions; setup the test drive and work with us on the purchase negotiations. Once ready to discuss financing, Troy arranged for us to work with Tyler a financial officer and another outstanding individual and representative of Andy Mohr Chevrolet. Unorganized. Unreliable. Dishonest. If you hate playing games, do not go to Andy Mohr. Stick to the no-BS dealerships and websites... there are plenty of good ones out there. I called in advance to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was available and would be ready for me to look at. I was told it was ready and waiting for me. I took time off work to travel to this dealership. When I arrived I was told "one of our guys has it, but he'll be bringing it over shortly." In the meantime, they tried to sell me several other vehicles... 2+ hours later, still no sign of the car I drove up there for... When I asked, I was told "Oh sorry, he took it home for the night, so it's not here... but do you want to buy one of the other ones you looked at instead?" Complete waste of my time and money. Will not be returning to any Andy Mohr dealership. I've seen many similar reviews from other customers. Apparently this is a common sales tactic at Andy Mohr. More
