Quick, informative, caring From the operator when I called in sent me to the service department and they were able to get me in quickly on the same morning that I called in. Told the intake personnel what my concerns were and he said they would take care of them and let me know of any other problems that they fine. A short time later I was told there was a problem about the air conditioning and what it would cost if I wanted to fix it now. Told them to fix the problem. I was in and out in an hour. Great service and wonderful people. More

Great experience. James Mack was excellent to work with. He's a great communicator and always had my best interest in mind. He allowed me to test drive a car for an entire weekend. He also had the car serviced on as soon as possible to fix any issues before I test drove it. I was hoping for more flexibility with pricing, but I believe I received a fair deal. I met with finance at the end of the day, and it seemed like he wanted to make the process as quick as possible. I think an explanation or two were missing that would've cleared things. More
