I recently moved from another state and my friendly dealer there where I had purchased or leased 9 Chevys and a Pontiac. I received a prompt phone call after my internet inquiry to Mohr Chevy. The store understood my needs and promptly identified a vehicle and we agreed on a fair lease price over the phone. I drove to the store the next morning to paper the lease. General Manager Harry Snyder greeted me on the sales floor. Jeff Brindle made sure my wife understood all features on the vehicle. GM points redemption did not flow due to recent address change; Finance resolved it without drama. I lease new Chevys for value and convenience; I don't want to shop around and negotiate from high numbers. I think I found my store. More

Nice salesman, Nice Looking dealership, must go over invoice closely for things that were added that were not talked about, lacked a person with technical knowledge when going over new car features and invoice closely for things that were added that were not talked about, lacked a person with technical knowledge when going over new car features and computer screen setup. I am use to a dealerships that has person that that is their only job and has a good knowledge of the electronics. I get it that this is a high volume dealership but when spending 80,000 on a car I was very disappointed. I'm still what i have in electronics and how to set them up but i will find someone who will help me. The car is nice, I just which i would have gotten it somewhere else. This is in no way a reflection on the salesmen, rather the dealership. More
