Bailey Jones read me correctly, was super honest, fully explained everything, and even ended up staying 2 hours past closing to make sure I had the kind of service/experience Andy Mohr expects a buyer to get. If I were in the car business, I would steal him to come work for me the first chance I would get. Bailey Jones was a delight, he was knowledgeable, and Bailey was on top of the situation every step of the way. The staff was there to greet me at the appointed time, and had me in and out in one hour. Cody told me exactly what service would be performed, to have a cup of coffee while I waited, and he would alert me if any changes were found during the 55 point inspection. Cody even offered to have me taken to whatever destination I needed if I needed a ride somewhere. In less than an hour Cody retrieved me from the waiting area, and sent me on my way. No surprises. In fact, I was given a 10% discount when the staff saw my veterans license plate. More
