Dealership needs some linchpins I just purchased a car through this dealership and while the sales associate was delightful and helpful, management and their process was not. In I just purchased a car through this dealership and while the sales associate was delightful and helpful, management and their process was not. In fact, management recommended I file a complaint with Chevrolet corporate. So that is what I have done as well as making sure I give a fair and honest review on every channel I can reach. A word of advice if you're going to do business with someone outside of your state, you should really know the rules and requirements so the customer doesn't have to jump through hoops to actually finish the deal correctly, and still be charged as if you had completed the transaction entirely. Excellent service. My wife's 2017 Cruze was in need of service (oil change & filter).so I took it in to have that done. While it was there I had them balance the tires. My wife's 2017 Cruze was in need of service (oil change & filter).so I took it in to have that done. While it was there I had them balance the tires. When that work was completed the service tech (Ashley Gallego) let me know that the windshield wiper blades were well worn and could stand replacing. I also had that done before leaving. Friendly but very professional service. More
