Amazing Service, Fair Prices, Beautiful Vehicles!!! Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable,helpful, and non-pressuring staff (Rick Cooper & Trainee Mickey) I had already done my research online, and knew what Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable,helpful, and non-pressuring staff (Rick Cooper & Trainee Mickey) I had already done my research online, and knew what car I was interested in, and was not pressured to buy a different vehicle. I test drove the vehicle, and it was very clean and everything was in working order. Rick answered any questions that I had about the vehicle. I was given a fair trade in for my current vehicle without even having to haggle (I had looked up the trade in worth on Kelly Blue Book). I was able to finance right there at the dealership, and got a reasonable monthly payment. 2 days after I had taken my vehicle home, I noticed an oil leak. I called the dealership and they told me to go ahead and bring the car back in and they would repair it (I bought the care "as is"). I brought my car in for repair, and also had brought my work items with me in case the repair took awhile. The service guy assessed my car, and came to the waiting area promptly to let me know that I had 2 leaks and it would be an over night repair. Rick (my sales guy), then came up to the table I was sitting at and handed me keys and said, "I have your courtesy vehicle all ready for you". Folks, I hadn't even indicated that I needed a courtesy vehicle. They spent enough time with me through the process to remember that my vehicle was my only way to and from work. I thanked them, and Rick told me where the courtesy vehicle was parked. My expectation: A small car with the dealership logo pasted in big letters all over the car. Reality: I walked outside, and was so shocked. They let me borrow a 2020 Cherry Red Chevy Blazer!! It was beautiful! I felt like a movie star driving around in that thing for the day. They called me promptly the next day to let me know my vehicle was ready (still no mention of price for the repair, I figured they would tell me when I got there). I arrived at the dealership, and Rick brought me the keys to my vehicle and asked me if I had any questions. I said, "How much do I owe you"? He smiled, "Nothing ma'am, you are all set to go". I was so shocked since I bought the car "as is" I fully expected to have to pay for the repair. I thanked Rick profusely, and went about my merry way. I loved the service I received at Andy Mohr in Plainfield. This is the 2nd positive buying experience I have had with them, and I will always buy from them in the future. I like them so much, I drive an hour and a half to get there! My car is lovely too! It is a 2013 White Chevy Sonic. Such a cute little car! Cons: Long weekend wait times (that is normal because they have so many people interested in buying). Plan to be there about 4 hours in total. My husband and I just brought snacks, and enjoyed talking with each other while we waited. My sales people forgot to tell me what my van trade in value was before we went to the financial guy, and financial goes FAST! The financial guy was not pushy, but wanted to get all the docs signed and get the next customer in. So, I had to stop him for a minute and ask what my van trade in was. He looked at me and asked, "Didn't your sales person tell you that"? I answered no, but let him know that I felt like the sales person (Rick) had done a nice job. Not that my opinion really matters, but I feel like trade in values, etc should be the financial guy's responsibility to explain all that, but again just my opinion. So, we finished filling out the paperwork in a flurry of signatures and bid the financial guy goodbye. The financial guy's customer service wasn't bad, he just wasn't as friendly as the other staff. Although, I guess being friendly is the sales people's jobs. Conclusion: A great buying experience!!! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! Ask for Rick Cooper, I was so very impressed with this young man! More

New Truck Purchase Everything about my buying experience was great. I have and will reccomend Andy Mohr Chev. in the future. My only negative was that not one person in the dealership was wearing a mask. No one wiped down any tables after customer use. I know things have changed since my purchase day, but did those changes occur because the of the desire to protect the customers or due to a rule by the dealership. I felt like the dealership did not care about my health. I have a spouse with lung cancer and can't take any chances of her being exposed to Covid-19. I still gave you 5 stars but needed to share my concern. More
