Oil Change I bought my Jeep from an Andy Mohr in Bloomington and went to the Andy Mohr in Plainfield to get an oil change. Terrible I have never been more disrespected by anyone in my 52 years of life. Bill solidified why people dislike used car salesmen. It is obvious that Andy Mo I have never been more disrespected by anyone in my 52 years of life. Bill solidified why people dislike used car salesmen. It is obvious that Andy Mohr does not care about customer service, just the bottom line. We decided to purchase a 2019 VW Atlas from this dealership. One of the things we loved was the no haggle pricing. We were up front with Bill and told him that we would be coming from north of Fort Wayne. I told Bill that I did not want to drive all the way to Indianapolis to have the car sold before we got there. Bill said, " I will not let that happen. I have the keys in my pocket." We worked out the sale price with the taxes and we proceeded to go to the bank and get the check for the vehicle and started our trip to get our new car. We were less than 20 minutes from the dealership only to have Bill call us to say unfortunately the car is sold. I would have paid for the car before heading that way if I thought that Bill's words were not the truth. I still believe that a person's word is his integrity and OBVIOUSLY the Andy Mohr team does not believe in this philosophy. Nothing like driving 3 hours to be told, "Oh well, that's just how it goes." STEER CLEAR is my recommendation!!!! More
