Test drove a couple vehicles. Salesman Drew was very polite and looked for more of the Tahoe’s we were looking at. He looked up about the differences in the same vehicles with different packages. You know I bought a new truck so I didn't have to worry about break downs and fixing things. My 2019 Z71 has been in the shop more times than I can count on my hands. It seems like GM wouldn't sell somethi about break downs and fixing things. My 2019 Z71 has been in the shop more times than I can count on my hands. It seems like GM wouldn't sell something if it didn't perform correctly. I am speaking of the A8 Chevy Shudder. My Silverado started doing the "shudder" two weeks ago. I took it to the dealership and was told we have no loaner vehicles. Ok. Can you call or hold one for me when one comes in. I can be here in 5 minutes when you call. No we can't do that. First come first serve only. But we will give you a ride to wherever you need. Ok well never mind give me my truck back. It's my main transportation. So I get back to work and call the sales manager he says we'll that's a service problem not a sales issue. He said I will talk with Service Manager and he will get with you. I said ok thanks gave name number ect...so about 2 hours after I talked with sales manager I called Jim Cox and told him who I was and my issue about the loaner and could he call me back. Well that's 3 hours ago and still no phone call. So I'm glad Andy Mohr Chevy made some money off me the last 3 years because I promise I won't spend another dime in that place. A phone call Mr Service Manager is all I needed and act like you give a crap. More

This is my second car I have purchased from Andy Mohr and from Bill Sidebottom and both have been an amazing experience.
