We had an appt for an oil change and recall...well our truck wasn’t cooperating w changing the censor. We were given a loaner (2021 Blazer) for us to make an appointment. Then Gary sent one of his drivers truck wasn’t cooperating w changing the censor. We were given a loaner (2021 Blazer) for us to make an appointment. Then Gary sent one of his drivers in our vehicle to our home to trade them out once the problem was fixed! We drove and hour and a half to get to this dealership for a car that we checked online to make sure it was still available... got there and couldn't find it on the lot! Found salesman Bill Sidebottom, he looked into it and found out it was at another lot, and instead of sending us down to get it, he went and retrieved it for us. The transaction went very smoothly and the finance rate they arranged was as good as what we would have found ourselves. They definitely follow up with their customers, as we've received a few emails and texts to ensure we were totally satisfied with our purchase. Would certainly recommend this dealership. More
