We purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan from Andy Mohr. We had done extensive research ahead of time, so we knew the price was fair for the vehicle we purchased. Shortly after we drove off the lot (the same day), we discovered an issue with the vehicle. But Gary made sure that the dealership repaired it at their expense. What more can you ask? We would purchase another vehicle from Andy Mohr, and would highly commend them to others as well. More
We went to look at a Kia Sorenro. Looked the car over it was very nice then I noticed peeling paint on the top of the car. It was more then just a small place. There were 3 places. The salesman said they would fix it. He said it wouldn’t be factory but they would fix it. Took the car to get a air conditioner line replaced and they were going to fix the peeling paint. Went to pic up the car And it wasn’t fixed. They said they couldn’t do it. So they told my husband they would send a $100 check. I wasn’t with him. So now it’s going to cost use $600. To 799 to get it fixed. The whole point is I would not have bought the car it I had to spend that much more. I feel ripped off.😣 More

Our salesman, Baily, did a great job. Dealership was upfront with price of vehicle, clearly showing where each cost came from. No changes with that price once we were at the dealership. Our one big negative was that we were not informed up front that with a used vehicle we did not receive 2 fobs. This will be an additional $200-300 expense that we will have to incur. It would seem that if the dealership cannot provide 2 fobs, which is pretty standard, then there should be an adjustment in pricing to account for that. More

We had NO TIME to purchase a vehicle, but we were in dire need. We found a couple choices on your web site. Couldn’t really find any choices on any other dealers in the 9 county area we liked. Looking for white truck or SUV. we let someone know we were coming, and they hooked us up with Bethany. She was helpful. Almost too helpful - LOL! I looked at 2 quickly and decided on the suburban. I told her we needed you to get financing and paperwork be ASAP, and we would return to sign and drive. She spoke with financing who was very busy, so your director of financing took on the job, looked quickly and said there would be no probmen getting us taken care of. I went hone and got wife who was the signer for financing, came back and in about 30 minutes he had us completed and on our way. He also got a us a rate we were happy with. Thank you! More
Bought a 2018 Durango, Salesman was great! Drove 2 hours to get it. Drove 2 hours home and check engine light came on. Took it to a local Dodge Dealer and they estimated the cost of repair to $450. That would’ve been a major inconvenience so we asked them to pay at least half the bill which we thought was more than fair. Vehicle got finished and then got the run around from the salesman and never could get the sales manager to pick up. Glad they are 2 hours away because I will never give them business again with that customer service. Ended up footing the whole bill. More
