My initial reason to visit was a prearranged appointment to test drive a Silverado. The appointment was made approx 9:00 am and scheduled for 1:30 pm to allow time to get the vehicle ready. Upon arriving we to test drive a Silverado. The appointment was made approx 9:00 am and scheduled for 1:30 pm to allow time to get the vehicle ready. Upon arriving we ultimately found out the truck had not even been looked at yet. Obviously, either the internal communication did not happen, or, the apppointment should not have been made. Fortunately, the truck was not what we were looking for so it did not matter in that sense. Our salesman, Cameryn, was diligent in finding alternatives and the experience ended up being a good one. I am please with the truck we ended up with and would recommend Cameryn to others if the opportunity arises. More
