Rick helped my find my car for 2 days. I just purchased my 2007 Impala LT on 5/23/12 and its great. I really enjoyed working with Rick on the purchase of my new vehicle. He was very helpful finding the exact vehicle trim I wanted and spent quite a bit of his own time doing so. I purchased my 2012 Canyon truck through Rick Stratton this past winter. There was really nothing on the Plainfield lot that impressed me that day. He went with me to the lot and he took the time to test drive all three of the vehicles with me that evening. He did an outstanding job of recalling facts and options that I wanted and crunching numbers to figure out what was in my ballpark. All of these things left an impression upon me. This and his calm demeanor through all of our transactions is something that Andy Mohr's dealership should be very proud of. I was so impressed I contacted Rick a week later and had him be on the lookout for a car for our teenage daughter who will get her license in two weeks. (God help us!)
