I purchased my 2012 Canyon truck through Rick Stratton this past winter. There was really nothing on the Plainfield lot that impressed me that day. He went with me to the lot and he took the time to test drive all three of the vehicles with me that evening. He did an outstanding job of recalling facts and options that I wanted and crunching numbers to figure out what was in my ballpark. All of these things left an impression upon me. This and his calm demeanor through all of our transactions is something that Andy Mohr's dealership should be very proud of. I was so impressed I contacted Rick a week later and had him be on the lookout for a car for our teenage daughter who will get her license in two weeks. (God help us!) I found a really great price on a used 1997 Nissan Maxima so I came in for a test drive. The car was in great condition and I liked the price. He was great to work with. Unfortunately upon driving it home and putting a splash of fuel in it the check engine light came on. I headed right back to the dealership where I had them take a look. They did end up giving me a fair price to replace the O2 sensor as long as I got the rear suspension work done at the same time. It was kind of a hassle, but I'm glad I made the decision to buy from this dealership where they have the resources to take care of every aspect of selling, financing and repairing the vehicle. Overall, they were friendly professionals that worked with me every step of the way. Thanks to Rick for putting customers first. More

When the time came to trade for a new more efficient vehicle (I am not referring to my Camaro, mind you!), we didn't even hesitate to return to Jim.
