I went to Andy Mohr in Plainfield to purchase a new car. Wayne Martin was the salesman that waited on us. He was very nice and friendly. He was also very helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what they had on their lot. Nothing they had was what we were looking for. He got on the locator and tried to find what we wanted. He demonstrated a lot of patience with me, for I am difficult to deal with. He finally found something on the locator that was suitable to what we wanted and said that he could get it. But we found out the next day that the one we had chosen was sold as we were talking with him. He offered to search again to get what we wanted. When the car came in. They picked up the wrong car. I told him at first I didn't want it. But the next day we decided to go take a look at it. I thought it was beautiful. I am very glad that we decided to take it. He never showed any signs that he was not wanting to deal with me. He stayed very friendly, nice, and cordial always. The dealership is very nice. The financial lady is very nice, but Wayne Martin sold me on the car. I would reccomend to anyone that wants to buy a new car and is hard to please to go see Wayne. From the very first visit the salesman (Harry Snyder) was very friendly and helpful. He let us decide what car would suit our needs, but was most helpful in the selection.
