The initial car we were wanting...he said was sold the next day when we came in...looked like a classic "bait and switch" operation...we simply didn't believe him 3. We (my fiance) told him verbatim..."I hate Ford"...and he then brought her out a Ford to look at. 4. When he brought out the car it was dirty and should have never been shown to a customer in that condition. 5. The only reason we purchased the car was because I was concerned of my finace's safety in her current car. We actually ending up buying the car for me, and I will get her into a car she wants when we are in a better position to do so...AND I assure you it will NOT be with your dealership!!! More

Came in just to look and test drive, feel out a deal I had seen in the paper. I went, test drove the two models I wanted to see, then asked to see the numbers for the deal I had seen and the cars I had p had seen in the paper.
