My grandfather has purchased 4 cars from Andy Mohr. My grandfather helped me out to purchase a pre-owned car, and i'm proud to say it makes me feel comfortable inside it came from this dealership. Tyler beholds a great image for this company, but when it comes down to the deal at the table and we're talking cash, they're a great company and they have alot to offer. I walked in to this dealership, after months and months of shopping on line trying to figure out what type or brand of car I wanted. Still having no idea as to if I wanted a car, truck, suv, etc. it only t of shopping on line trying to figure out what type or brand of car I wanted. I had a pretty srict budget to work with for a dependable and economical used car. Teresa Flowers: We bought and paid cash for a 2008 Colbalt on Friday 7-20-12. Teresa Flowers was our sales representative. She could not have been more helpful and accomodating. Teresa worked hard for us and with us. Teresa was very patient with us and if not for her kindness and approachability, we would have continued to look at other dealerships. It was Teresa that nailed our decision to buy this Colbalt. She was so "no pressure" but her helpfulness and willingness to walk the entire lot, explain every single car we looked at, get extra details on questions we were asking, and getting us to the price we were able to afford that made our decision solid. She is to be commended for her loyalty to Andy Mohr Chevrolet but moreso, made us, as the consumers feel good about our decision to purchase this car. She is an asset to Andy Mohr Chevrolet. We have dealt with arrogant, high pressure sales people before and that doesn't work for us. There was none of that in Teresa Flowers. We will recommend Andy Mohr Chevrolet to our friends and co-workers because of Teresa Flowers. Thank you Teresa, for making this very big decision on our part, comfortable and feel confident we were making the right decision. Teresa was a pleasure to work with and her diligence and friendliness, her helpful and sincere approach to sales in a no pressure way was the reason we chose to purchase this vehicle. She should be commended by Andy Mohr Chevrolet for her knowledge and grace in sales. Doug Currie SR: We also had the unfortunate experience to "endure" the caustic and extremely inflammatory demeanor of this man. He was as rude and condescending to not only us (paying cash for this vehicle!) but to Teresa Flowers in front of us. We were genuinely embarrassed as the consumers but also for Teresa Flowers. This vehicle came with existing warranty left on it. He told us that it did NOT and we told him that yes it did, we saw the paperwork saying so. He told us "DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THAT PAPER SAYS, NO IT DOESN'T." He was adamant that it did not and berated Teresa in front of us saying "YOU'VE BEEN HERE LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER, DO THE MATH, THIS IS A 2008, IT HAS NO WARRANT LEFT". We were mortified and had to speak up and back to him during this unnecessary and embarrassing episode. He wouldn't let us speak, kept "talking over us" and when she came back with verified information with that paperwork, she was soft spoken to us and to him, showing that INDEED it did have 6 months of warranty left. He never apologized to her or to us. He then tried to hard sell us extended warranty. We refused it and will obtain it on our own elsewhere. He should not be in a position to deal with the general public and he owes Ms. Flowers an apology for embarrassing her in front of us. We ourselves were embarrassed and told him so. After we were ready to leave and Teresa had already left, he mumbled a very insincere "sorry about that" to us to which we said: "You need to apologize to Teresa Flowers, and you made us as consumers, very embarrassed with your attitude" and walked out of his office. We would NEVER do business with this man again. More
