Great selection of cars. However the salesperson new very little about the car itself and the purchasing process took longer than it should have. The package on the 2013 Silverado I purchased was way over my head compared to the 2007 I previously owned as far as all the bells and whistles. James knew everything and was very instrumental in making the transition very simple and understandable. He even offered to answer any future questions I might have but his walk through was very descriptive and when I left I knew I was in great hands. I will forever be thankful for choosing Andy Mohr and especially James for the friendly, professional attitude. Their customer service is above par and that is what will keep me coming back.
