By far the best car buying experience I have ever had thanks to my fantastic salesman, Will Crist, and sales manager, Joe K. I had visited 2 other Chevy dealers prior to coming to Andy Mohr Chevrolet an thanks to my fantastic salesman, Will Crist, and sales manager, Joe K. I had visited 2 other Chevy dealers prior to coming to Andy Mohr Chevrolet and left both very disappointed in their ability to assist me in finding the specific vehicle I was searching for and provide me with a reasonable value for my trade-in. From the moment I was introduced to Will he set out to find the exact vehicle and features I was searching for and kept me updated every step of the way until we found the perfect vehicle. Once we found the vehicle I wanted to some slight modifications and add some additional accessories in which Will coordinated with the service/parts team at Andy Mohr and had completed in no time. Will was always available by phone and/or text to respond to my questions and provided immediate response at all times. Once again, This was the best experience I have ever had in working with a car dealership and due to this will refer all of my friends and co-workers to Will, Joe K and the Andy Mohr Chevrolet Team in the future. William made sure my purchasing experience was as painless as possible. He was very thorough in his explanation and made me feel even more comfortable and confident with my purchase. Jerome then introduced me to Douglas Dake, Service Consultant, who just added the icing on everything by congratulating me on a very fine selection and explaining the service area.
