Have bought multiple vehicles from here My salesman was Shawn Eberwein, he was friendly and worked to get me into another vehicle despite my not so great credit. Im very happy with the the v My salesman was Shawn Eberwein, he was friendly and worked to get me into another vehicle despite my not so great credit. Im very happy with the the vehicle I got & the trade process. I did have a couple things I was not totally satisfied with. I really needed to be under $400 for my payment & ended up with $421. I tried very hard to get it lower but sounded as if that wasn't possible for the vehicle I was getting, & my poor credit w/ the bank & they had lowered the vehicle I was getting a lot to get me in it. I was carrying over quite a bit of negative equity though from my trade. The wheeling & dealing & confusion on my part came in when Charles the finance guy was brought in to help seal the deal. I wanted more for the money, so things were being added in all for the $421 payment (100,000 mile Warrenty & gap Ins) but turns out I was charged for those extras on my loan. There was a decent discount on the Warrenty, however I thought that I was getting that at Andy Mohrs expense not mine. I was totally confident they were paying for the gap Ins & turns out the discount they gave for that was only $6. I should had paid more attention when signing the final papers because I got to comfortable & it was late & we were kinda flying threw that. I didnt catch it until days later. I did then talk to Charles the finance guy about it to see if there was a mistake. He explained what it was & that they discounted the Warrenty & I basically let it go. When I brought it up to Shawn he said oh that was between me & Charles. I also have to go back up there to get a couple scratches covered that was not repainted after removing the dents they were taking care of. & my tint was not satisfactory. The tint was not personally done by them but they were over seeing it by the company the use. Things I was happy about... I got them to half the tint job I wanted on the car. They were friendly & I was very comfortable. Shawn was very patient with me & always responded to my txt. They gave me a nice brand new loaner car while working on mine. Biggest disappointment paying a lil more in the long run but it was for things I needed. And having to come back because I feel Shawn should had made sure the paint guy was there to paint the scratches as promised & I was clear on the tint & my expectations upfront. I think he should had caught the brow that looked bad on the front. Not everyone would had thought it looked that bad, but I made myself very clear about the tint to begin with. Over all, I trust them to make things right as he already is & trust them with my future business & referrals to others to shop there. More
