The store understood my needs and promptly identified a vehicle and we agreed on a fair lease price over the phone. I drove to the store the next morning to paper the lease. General Manager Harry Snyder greeted me on the sales floor. Jeff Brindle made sure my wife understood all features on the vehicle. GM points redemption did not flow due to recent address change; Finance resolved it without drama.
