Drove an hour after talking to Matt about a truck. Didn’t get 10 feet into test drive when the front tires were rubbing fender wells so badly it ripped the inner fender! Not once did they tell me this on the phone when asked before driving an hour! Then, wish I could remember his name, management came out and said,”Ya, my truck does that too! Somebody will buy it like that.” And that was all they had to say. All I wanted was tires that didn’t rub when going to spend over $50,000!!! Worst customer service I’ve EVER seen!! That’s alright Andy Mohr someone else that knows a little more about customer appreciation and satisfaction will get my money! More
