OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP! Wow! This place was wonderful. I don't think I have ever been to a car dealership that didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't want. I we Wow! This place was wonderful. I don't think I have ever been to a car dealership that didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't want. I went to Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield because I found a car on their website that I was interested in for my 16 yr. old son. The first time we arrived it was an hour after closing, but we were still greeted by Sales Rep. Richard. He was extremely friendly, and helpful, even though they were already closed. He told us where we could possibly find the car that we were interested in, and gave us his business card to reach him the following day. As we looked for the car that we were interested in, Richard found us and helped us look for the car. He even gave us information on a couple of other cars that we looked at while we were there. He went out of his way to help us, and took down the car information and said he would call me the next day with information on the car. Richard was knowledgeable on many of the cars we asked about, and very honest and upfront about the conditions of the cars, based on what we were looking for. We returned the following day, and found the car we were interested in. The price was well below KELLY BLUE BOOK, and given the price range, in great condition. Priced at $3300 (KBB estimated $4500 - $6000), I was very pleased to be given the certified inspection prior to purchasing, which informed us of a full inspection of the car, and what needed to be fixed – all the way down to the license plate bulbs. The car had been cleaned on the interior and exterior, and had the oil,lube, and filter changed. Overall, me son is extremely happy with his new/used car. Better yet, I'm extremely happy knowing that he's in a safe car because it was fully inspected. There was no haggling over the price, and Richard came back in on his day off to complete the sale - making sure to put gas in it, and washed again. I really couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you so much! More
