Simple oil change First off I went in for a simple oil change and was told it would take 1hr, 3 hours later I am given a loaner to go home with. I call to see if my car First off I went in for a simple oil change and was told it would take 1hr, 3 hours later I am given a loaner to go home with. I call to see if my car is ready and I am told with a huge gut busting laugh that my car is on the lift and it broke so they “had to order a part” to get my car down. The next day after not receiving a phone call I go up there at about 2pm and was told that my car “ has been ready” then the agent had the audacity to charge me for the oil change. I think for all of the inconvenience and back and forth of being told this person is going to call you and Never receiving a call. You would think they would have not even bothered to ask me to pay for an oil change. Also I was very much going to purchase a 2018 from that dealership instead I went to a totally different dealership and made my purchase. I refuse to even let them wash my vehicles at this point. Let’s not even get started on, once I picked up my car an hour into driving it. My service engine light and a tire pressure light popped on. I just feel like their service department will cause your car more harm than anything. All this aggravation for a simple oil change. I also never once received an apology for any of these issues. Oil change/tire rotation Went to have oil changed and tires rotated. Was there over 2 hours. Service rep who wrote up my ticket left for the day before work was completed and Went to have oil changed and tires rotated. Was there over 2 hours. Service rep who wrote up my ticket left for the day before work was completed and apparently did not pass my ticket on to another rep. No one knew anything about my vehicle when I inquired. Thankfully another rep took control and hunted for my repair ticket and vehicle. It was still being serviced at 2 hours. Had a coupon from Andy Mohr and it was not honored. Not happy!! More
