Was going to give 5 stars, but something happened. 2 days after purchase I noticed a bulge in the back rear tire. I had to pay to get new tires right after buying the vehicle. I fully understand that 2 days after purchase I noticed a bulge in the back rear tire. I had to pay to get new tires right after buying the vehicle. I fully understand that I have no way of proving that I did not cause the tire bulge just like I have no way of proving that it was already there. But I can assure you that I did not cause the bulge, for whatever my word is worth. Anyways, the vehicle was sold as "new" even though it had 5k miles because it was a dealer owned demo vehicle, so there is certainly a possibility that it was there before I bought the vehicle. I did willingly choose to replace all 4 tires to ensure equal tread ware even though the difference was within the dealer allowed range to only need 1 tire. I wanted to be extra sure and fully eliminate any chance of future maintenance issues related to uneven tires. So, technically I did not NEED to buy those 3 extra tires, but I did HAVE to buy the one that was damaged. Jacob was very helpful during buying process and was a fantastic salesman, the appt setup process was easy, everything was fantastic... except the fact that I spent 1400 bucks on service 3 days after buying a new vehicle.
