So bought a 24 silverado 1500 trail boss a couple months back. The truck has under 7000 miles on it. It's in the shop for the second time. The first time with a bad ecm. This time it has no reverse. The part is on back order and they can't tell me when the part will be in to fix it. It took me 2 weeks to get my warranty covered rental hours of my time. And I was told to leave the dealership and go to enterprise to get the rental myself. Sean or Shawn combs the guy I spoke to about getting my personal effect out of my truck threw my keys at me and told me to go find it on the lot myself. I was also told I should have took it to a diffrent dealership to have it fixed. Even though I bought it there. I was promised the world should anything happen while I was buying the truck by the sales man gary bates. And it has turned into a completely diffrent story now that the truck has turned out to be a lemon and they actually have to do something about it More
