I took my car to Andy mohr Buick (where I bought my car) two times in 3 to 4 months difference for the same issue. The light came back on a week ago for the same issue so I decided to take it to my uncle an two times in 3 to 4 months difference for the same issue. The light came back on a week ago for the same issue so I decided to take it to my uncle and to AutoZone to get myself a diagnostic where they basically told me that Andy mohr never fixed the proper issue and it has caused a very expensive and more problematic issue. I have tried to speak to service but no one is willing to help at this point I feel that I need to call corporate because I have paid $1400 for an issue that was never fixed that is now costing me triple that amount. I am a young female so I really feel like I was taken advantage of and I’m not receiving the respect I should when trying to discuss what’s wrong with my car now. More
