Kelsey Bail was excellent in the whole process of purchasing our next vehicle. We live a few hours away from the dealership, so he took close up pictures, took a test drive for us, and was completel purchasing our next vehicle. Do not buy from here and definitely do not service here! The service department is by far the worst I have ever seen. I bought a brand new GMC Yukon SLT and have had vibrating/shaking every time I go over 4 The service department is by far the worst I have ever seen. I bought a brand new GMC Yukon SLT and have had vibrating/shaking every time I go over 45-50 mph. I took it to the service department 3 times now and have yet to fix the vibrating. Everything shakes and it’s quite embarrassing when people ride with me because they ask what’s wrong with my SUV. They replaced 2 tires but it didn’t do anything and the GM is very rude and condescending. I’ve tried to contact corporate but the Gm just calls me instead. I was told this last time to drive it a few thousand miles to see if it goes away which it hasn’t! I’m now looking up lemon laws to get the ball rolling. I’ve owned many new vehicles including trucks and never had this shaking or terrible service! I’m writing this hoping the owner or corporate contacts me to resolve this horrible issue on a $75,000 SUV. Beware cause once you drive away after buying then they could care less about you! Stay away!!! This place just plain sucks. The GM is the worst I’ve seen in all the dealerships I’ve been to. They got my money and now they could care less about fixing the shaking in my Yukon. His response was for me to take it to another GM dealership. This isn’t stopping at the BBB. Beware to everyone to stay away if you want your issues fixed and have employees that care cause this place sure doesn’t. Eric Wilson does not have any people skills and shouldn’t be managing a dealership. More
