No pressure, no worries if the deal won't work. He always takes his time and ensures we know exactly what we are getting. He'll let you test drive as many cars as you need. Chris Berry is the reason I will ONLY go to this Andy Mohr for service to my Chevrolet Equinox. My service advisor, Amy Miller, was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my G8 GXP that I had recently purchased at the dealership. They replaced my lower control arms under warranty even though I was two days outside of the warranty. They also did a front end and a rear end alignment. Amy kept me aprised of the situation throughout the day, and I was even able to get a ride both to and from work. I appreciate Amy's friendliness and efforts to get everything completed to my satisfaction. She is a good one to work with. More
The service department was exceedingly responsive after I first contacted Steve Faulkner, the GM. Dave Parker and his team called and emailed to ensure that my car could get in and get out for service while I was elsewhere as the location of the dealership is not convenient to either my home or my work place. That was a concern when I purchased my Regal, which I love, but Steve assured me that I would not experience any dimunition in the quality customer service that I had received at Andy Mohr Nissan. I haven't. And while I thoroughly enjoyed my Maxima and the service at AM Nissan, I enjoy my Regal even more. More

I had a service engine light on. Turned out to be 2 sensors that needed replaced(fuel pump and engine) on my new truck. Glad warranty covered it, but the 3 days to get it done seemed a little too long sensors that needed replaced(fuel pump and engine) on my new truck. Amy was great, kept me up to date, friendly. Maybe that's a normal completion time, but seemed long. More
