I needed to leave to MI from Indy for the long weekend but needed the oil changed B4 the trip. A lot of people were thinking the same-very busy. Also going back a bit when I initially bought the car there was a problem with some billing on the trade in with GM in Texas(their billing office) I was getting nowhere with GM and I was in Germany for business.
