New Buick Owner My experience was a little mixed, but good in the end. I had to come in twice in order to be able to see and drive the vehicle that I was most int My experience was a little mixed, but good in the end. I had to come in twice in order to be able to see and drive the vehicle that I was most interested. At the first visit, I had asked to be notified if the vehicle was now available. I never received that notification, but came in a second time just in case that vehicle was still there. It was, and Tyler (not the initial salesperson I dealt with) did a great job taking the transaction through to a quick completion. Mark was easy to work with on the closure side, letting me know as much detail as I wanted of the additional warranty and other services that were available, and making the required paperwork process go smoothly.. The vehicle itself was fine, except I discovered the following day that the tire pressure was low on all four tires. So I had to make a return trip to have the service department inflate the tires properly. They were flexible to take me right away in and quick completing the work, with no follow-up paperwork required. Overall experience was very good. Thanks. More
