Appointment Concept is Nonsense Twice now I have called to make an appointment with the quick lube department. I was told that it is just a time for you to bring in your vehicle and you have to wait in line behind all walk-in customers. I went in today due to a low tire pressure warning. After waiting 50 minutes (with an appointment), I was told that there was a nail in the tire. It could not be repaired because the nail was in the side wall. The cost would be $290 for a new tire. I told them to put the new tire on my vehicle. I was not shown the damaged tire. After an hour and a half I was told that my vehicle was ready. When you get an oil change you are asked if you want a car wash. I spent over $300 and was not asked if I would like a car wash. This is the fourth new vehicle that I have purchase from Andy Mohr since 2006. There does not seem to be any sort of customer loyalty appreciation. My next new vehicle will be from another dealer! More

i have 10 different vehicles between personal and company that I have serviced at your fishers GMC dealership. Many of the vehicles were also purchased through Andy Mohr. I used to coach Andy’s niece and hav that I have serviced at your fishers GMC dealership. Many of the vehicles were also purchased through Andy Mohr. I used to coach Andy’s niece and have always been impressed by the family, by the employees and the great service. Angie was fabulous in handling three of my vehicles in the past three days. Working to maximize drop off and pick up times as well as coordinating the needs for each vehicle. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and also went above and beyond to help me with the best coupons and discounts to use from mailers etc to get the best possible service at the best possible price. Battery Issue and Check Engine Light on I experienced a nearly drained battery during this shelter at home time (not using my car) and I went to drive it a few days ago and could not turn on I experienced a nearly drained battery during this shelter at home time (not using my car) and I went to drive it a few days ago and could not turn on my car...I could tell it was battery issues. I got it jumped and when the car was up and running, the Check Battery Light was on. I brought it into the dealership a couple days afterwards without and appointment and they were able to check things in about 2 hours. Outcome: I had a charger connected in the car and had for several days/couple weeks which I think drained the battery. The Check Engine Light came on because of that, unbeknownst to me. I have been bringing my vehicle into this dealership since the beginning of ownership and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the service and fixes completed on my vehicle. This particular time in, Brian Yoxall took care of my visit and vehicle and no fixes were needed. I came away with no charge (expecting to have to pay several hundred dollars) and it made my day that they were able to check the issues for me and not charge me. The communication was perfect. Not overbearing but also responsive to all of our questions before we arrived. We are extremely pleased with the overall experience.
