I asked why they replaced battery only after 18 months - still waiting for answer 2. I asked why they had to repair the tire - still waiting for answer 3. While signing finance papers - they cracked my windshield - a 5 inch crack. they said they would offer me $180 - LOL you know they were trying to lowball me. The internet says replacement goes between $315 and $485 4. At no time did they say " we are sorry about this" only said we had an accident with your car 5. Had to get in writing that they would replace windshield 6. On Tuesday April 28th, I had to email them to see what was going on - sales person offered me the $180 again - I SAID NO AGAIN, and then he stated that he would have to talk to his boss on how to proceed 7. I told them I wanted the same factory glass to be used as the replacement, and they stated they would order the part and it would be done 8. I live in Cincinnati, it had to be replaced in Indianapolis , so I took a half day off of work on May 1st to get the new windshield. I arrive at Precision Auto Glass to have the glass replaced. I find out that ANDY Morh - no one ordered the original part - the front desk manager got a comparable/compatible (looks and feels cheaper) windshield His bill to the dealership was $270 as a preferred customer and cheaper windshield - LOL more than the $180 offer they tried 9. Have they done a followup with me? NO Have they offered me anything for Gas, Milage ,Time, 1/2 day of missed work - NO I wonder what happened to the windshield they ordered? Still waiting for battery and tire response AND STILL NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED OR SAID WE ARE SORRY Terrible customer service - 1 STAR RATING WHEN PEOPLE TALK ABOUT USED CAR SALESMEN OR BAD DEALERSHIP ANDY MORH SHOULD STAND UP AND SAY - THAT'S US AND TAKE A BOW More

Our sales guy, Evan, was awesome, but the day after we got the car, the transmission went out. Andy Mohr did tow it back, but didn't contact us to let us know what was going on, we had to call. Then they told us they were deciding between giving us our money back or putting in a transmission. After serval days, and us calling them several times, they finally called and said they were putting in a transmission. I had my husband call and ask about us just getting our money back since this all happened in less that 2 days of having the car. He was told Andy Mohr isn't Walmart, but the guy would talk to someone higher up about it. It's been 3 business days and we still haven't heard anything. I am very disappointed in the customer service. I understand we were buying a used car, but having a MAJOR issue that soon after buying it makes me leery that the car was inspected well in the first place. More

The Salesman Delorian was awesome... polite, professional, helpful. The Sales Manager... ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. We came in off a cargurus ad after we checked the price on the internet and when we professional, helpful. The Sales Manager... ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. We came in off a cargurus ad after we checked the price on the internet and when we got there, they confirmed the price $2500 in the showroom, showed the car in the service bay, still saying they were doing maintenance, but the price was still $2500. We went to fill out the paperwork for the $2500 price and then DeLorean stated the Manager wanted to talk to me. The price on the cash car DOUBLED! $4,995.00 !!! Pete Lewkowicz, the Sales Manager said that the service department and sales department weren't in communication, but "I don't care, I don't have to sell it to you for any price. Now, I am not a service advisor, but an oil change, tire replacement and front brake pads usually doesn't cost a dealership $2495.00. Even so, the price was on the internet and was in person quoted several times at $2500.00 price. I asked to speak to the GM Eric Wilson, and Pete said "He's in a meeting, sorry." I said so that's it... Yep. No, sorry, let's try to fix OUR mistake, nothing. So I went outside, called Eric, it went to VM, so I left a message on Eric's VM, 3 days later, NO RETURN CALL. Your customer service and ethics.. Pathetic. As far as I experienced, your management, is nothing short of a 2 bit used car scoundrel dealership. Shame on you. I will share my story anytime anyone mentions looking for a vehicle. So, today I bought my 1st child a car, and the second is soon to follow. Pathetic business practices... PATHETIC! -1 star rating if I could. More
