I copy and pasted the above from their website. It is, as far as I saw, in every used car listing they have. It literally means NOTHING! They could offer you $1 for a trade in and they have done what they said they would do. Was looking at a new vehicle and they offered me $11k for my sedan as as trade-in. Carvana had offered me $14500. I listed it on FB marketplace and got $14750 from a private sale within a month. Fees: They still try to charge people $299 for window etching! What year is it? (I went there because a friend has bought three vehicles there. Later he told me "Yeah they tried that with me every time and I refused to pay it.") From AARP website: "While etching vehicle windows is not an outright scam, the practice is of dubious value. You may well find that your insurance company does not discount premiums for vehicles with etched windows. The few major insurers I telephoned didn't. Moreover, charging $398 for a procedure an owner can do with an $18 kit from Amazon seems a bit cheeky." Salesmen: Moe, a very nice guy, was a green pea and it was obvious. Jorge was much better, wish we could have made a deal for him, he is trying. Price: Not gonna lie, their pricing is competitive; though with their fees and low trade-in values you need to be careful. But do you want to buy from a dealership that follows the Morty Seinfeld school of sales? "Cheap fabric and dim lighting. That's how you move merchandise." There are better GMC dealers minutes away and I eventually bought my GMC from one. More
I’ve hesitated writing this review but after three awful experiences here over a year’s time in between I feel it’s time to. First off the buying experience here was horrible. The salesman and manager were rude, lied multiple times, and disrespectful to my pregnant wife. Against our better judgement we bought our car here because it was exact car we wanted. The finance person we dealt with was nice and helpful. The manager agreed to fix one thing if we bought it (got it in writing). After we purchased the car we had to wait weeks for them to finally fix it. After we picked the car up it broke down a few days later and had to be towed in. They eventually fixed the issue. A few months go by and something else minor went wrong with the car, we brought it in and when I came to pick it up they pulled up the wrong car. They could not find our car or our keys. I waited over 30mins and eventually the service person pulled it up. The car smelled like cigarette smoke and so did he. I let it go again and shouldn’t have. Now yesterday we received a letter in the mail saying they’re in desperate need of (fill in the car type) we’re paying between $1,000-$4,000 over NADA trade in value. Now with any good car dealership “deal” I know there’s fine print but this one seemed genuine and I figured it’s worth a shot to see what they would offer. I show up talk to the guy they flew in saying he’s going to get us a great deal, etc. I waited over an hour and they come back and offer me $5,000 UNDER NADA “average” trade in price. I laughed and the salesman said yeah this is all I can get. I went and talked to the promo guy and he didn’t even defend it. Long story short this place is awful. Do yourself a favor and drive far away or anywhere else to buy a car. I held my tongue and gave them multiple chances but do not waste your time here and spread the word, I will. More
I have been looking for a car for my son. It has been strenuous to say the least. I have been to several dealerships. I got a call from Miss Ally who was incredibly helpful. She was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. She even went the extra mile for me. She was everything an outstanding employee should be. If everyone worked as hard as she did for me with exceptional customer service the car buying experience wouldn't be so stressful. She is a gem, take care of her, she clearly takes care of customers! Nice Dealership... wish the 2013 I purchased would have been certified. Also totally disagree with $250 THEFT CHARGE; why should this be charged to the consumer?? I wish that would be refunded to me. I asked why they replaced battery only after 18 months - still waiting for answer 2. I asked why they had to repair the tire - still waiting for answer 3. While signing finance papers - they cracked my windshield - a 5 inch crack. they said they would offer me $180 - LOL you know they were trying to lowball me. The internet says replacement goes between $315 and $485 4. At no time did they say " we are sorry about this" only said we had an accident with your car 5. Had to get in writing that they would replace windshield 6. On Tuesday April 28th, I had to email them to see what was going on - sales person offered me the $180 again - I SAID NO AGAIN, and then he stated that he would have to talk to his boss on how to proceed 7. I told them I wanted the same factory glass to be used as the replacement, and they stated they would order the part and it would be done 8. I live in Cincinnati, it had to be replaced in Indianapolis , so I took a half day off of work on May 1st to get the new windshield. I arrive at Precision Auto Glass to have the glass replaced. I find out that ANDY Morh - no one ordered the original part - the front desk manager got a comparable/compatible (looks and feels cheaper) windshield His bill to the dealership was $270 as a preferred customer and cheaper windshield - LOL more than the $180 offer they tried 9. Have they done a followup with me? NO Have they offered me anything for Gas, Milage ,Time, 1/2 day of missed work - NO I wonder what happened to the windshield they ordered?
